This page explains what data shalabaev.com collects and how it is used, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Data is processed by Daniil Shalabaev, a real estate broker at Whitewill Real Estate, Dubai, UAE. Contact: d.shalabaev@whitewill.ae.

Data collected

The fields you submit in the lead form (name, phone, request, budget, message), plus anonymous usage statistics — no cookies, no IP address stored, with a daily-rotating hashed visitor id.

Purpose

To answer your request and prepare suitable property options.

Storage

Data is stored on a private server. New-lead notifications are sent via Telegram.

Retention

Requests are kept up to 24 months or until you ask for deletion. Anonymous statistics are kept 13 months.

Sharing

Data is never sold. It may be shared with developers or Whitewill only to process your request, and only with your consent.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing d.shalabaev@whitewill.ae.

Automated decisions

No automated decision-making is applied to your data.
